Quarantine Crew
This is a photo of my cousins and I in Florida. My dad drove us to our condominium in Florida during the pandemic so that we could enjoy the warm weather. We spent a whole month in quarantine on our property, only leaving to visit the grocery store. In our free time, we did aerobic exercises, and usually sunbathed after. At night, my dad would play Irish music for us, to teach us about our heritage. Since the restaurants in Florida were opened up for outdoor dining, we had some socially distanced dinners. During such unprecedented times, nothing was certain about when life would return to normal. I sent my thoughts and prayers to my family members who were essential workers during this time.

socially distanced (noun)- the perceived or desired degree of remoteness between a member of one social group and the members of another, as evidenced in the level of intimacy tolerated between them.
A great entry! Your father had a good idea to take you to Florida. Now as we enter winter again, he might want to take you back down at some point. I like that you have used some new pandemic vocabulary here. Just a year ago we weren't sing these words and could not have suspected how our lives would change. Your vocabulary exercise is quite good. You are missing a grammar point, which could be, for example, the use of past tense verbs.
